RURAL COVERAGE
Skilling Rural Women
We conducted various skill development training programs in the four (4) states— West Bengal, Maharashtra, Assam, and Uttarakhand—to empower women and facilitate their wage employment
URBAN COVERAGE
Skills in Beauty & Wellness
More than 900 Women have successfully completed this program. A large number earn around Rs. 10,000/- by providing door to door services. While many are employed in Beauty Parlours, a few have set up their own.
YOUTH COVERAGE
Young for the Future
8500 youth imparted Vocational training under different trades under various programmes,2500 youth and adolescents participated in adolescent Melas and exhibitions.
ENVIROMENT COVERAGE
Significance of Tree Planting
Tree plantation activities and inculcates the sense of responsibility among the young students across West Bengal. The name of this program is ‘Sabuj Yatra’ They provide free saplings in schools and let the students plant and take care of those saplings.
"Silai" Skilling
Till date 15000 women learners completed their tailoring course, out of them 2000 trained for Govt. school uniform making project, funded by Govt. of West Bengal,Anandadhara Dept.
Empowerment
Tailoring program empowers women who are from very poor backgrounds and work either as domestic maids or as homemakers. Now 2000 women are working with various Govt. school to make students uniform.
Encouragement
3000 women entrepreneurs collectively have earned more than Rs. 10 lakhs from the Tailoring Training,We facilitated setting-up mini production centres where each women entrepreneur is be provided with another 2 machines on rent so that they can take bulk orders from factories.
Healthcare
General Duty Attendants, commonly known as Nursing Care Attendants,530 candidates trained with this program Which is funded by “Utkarsh bangla” a flagship program by Govt. of West Benngal.
CAREER PROSPECT
we are specialized in Practical Training for Nursing courses,course modules are supported with online training facilities to train the candidates.
Employability
We placed 70% of the trained GDAs and others are still pursuing the course.Some of them also placed in Government Hospitals as a contractual Employee,we have several MoU with various health care unit.
